# Governance report / 21th August 2024

The CYBRO team intends to $57,000 from the Pre-Sale to cover the following expenses:

1. Smart Contracts:
   1. Development of the new Vault contract
2. Development of the CYBRO dApp:
   1. Payment to the front-end and back-end developer
   2. Payments to the design team
3. Marketing:
   1. Payment for the current marketing expenses
   2. Payment for the referral program
4. SMM (Social Media Management):
   1. Payments to community managers
   2. Payments to the SMM designer
   3. Inventive prizes

We have deducted:
